Every effort is made to source quality products direct from reputable suppliers and wholesalers. Should you believe anything to be below the high standards you expect then please get in touch so we can sort out a solution. This could be a replacement or refund depending on the situation and supplier policy.
Growth & Germination
Although every effort is taken to ensure the quality of our products, packaging and delivery method it should be noted that the germination and growth of bulbs, tubers, corms and seeds is very dependant on factors including:
• Moisture levels,
• Soil conditions,
• Soil pests, and many other factors.
Please ensure that the products you order are suitable for the conditions in which you wish to grow them as we cannot be held responsible for poor levels of growth or germination. Cultivation guides are purely guidelines. Local conditions such as soil temp will affect how well any seeds germinate or plants grow so always check locally as to seed suitability.
Shipment & Delivery
Where possible we will attempt to set up a hand delivery slot that is convenient for the customer, either by email, WhatsApp, call or text. If this is not possible then the parcel will be left in a safe, ideally dry place.
Orders are placed with suppliers once or twice a week, when your orders arrives they are carefully packaged and despatched as soon as possible.
If hand delivery is not possible:
• Our standard postage is for delivery royal mail 2nd class and the goods should reach you within 3 - 5 working days.
• We also offer a faster postage service at a very modest increase in cost with Royal Mail 1st class. Goods sent 1st class should reach you within 1 - 2 working days
